OLD KEENE MILL JUNIOR TEAMS

Mason has been the Owner of Unbeatable Tennis since 2024 and has been a Head Pro with Unbeatable Tennis since 2018. Mason began playing tennis at Unbeatable Tennis’ Fairfax Station location at the age of 11 and was the #1 player for 3 years at West Springfield High School. Mason graduates from UVA in 2024 where he was a Tennis Coach and Coordinator for the Recreation Tennis Department and was a member of the Club Tennis Team, which won a national championship in 2023.

My name is Jaren and I have been playing tennis since I was 4 with private and group lessons. I started playing USTA sanctioned tournaments at an early age and also participated in USTA's Early Development Program for ranked players. I am currently in my third year playing for the Lake Braddock's Boys Varsity Tennis team in both singles and doubles. I hope to play college level tennis after I graduate. I really enjoy coaching players to develop their game.

Margaret, a rising senior at Lake Braddock, is returning for her 10th summer at OKM. She is a home-grown OKM tennis player, who has won the tournament in her age group the last two years. Margaret enjoys playing on the LB Varsity Tennis team. She also swims with the High School Varsity Swim team as well as club with NCAP and plays oboe in the Symphonic Band. Margaret has coached two summers of minis at OKM swim and looks forward to her second summer coaching tennis.

Jared Brace began playing tennis when he was 7 years old, and continued to learn under many different coaches until he was around 13, when he took a 2 year hiatus. Since then he has taken back up lessons and joined the tennis program at OKM, and not only regained any skill he lost during the break but gotten significantly better. He is excited to be back playing tennis and to be given this opportunity to help others improve.

Abby, a rising Junior at Lake Braddock, has been at OKM for the past 4 years. During that time she learned to play tennis and has enjoyed being part of the Sand Shark Girls’ NVTL team. As a Freshman, she enjoyed competing on the varsity field hockey, soccer and track teams. She loves working with kids whether it be coaching Mini Ospreys Swim or BAC field hockey as well as being a Girl Scout camp counselor. Abby is looking forward to being a coach for the first time this season and continuing to improve as a player.

Brady a rising Junior has been playing tennis at OKM since 2016 and is currently a member of the Lake Braddock boys tennis team.  He loves the game, continues to take lessons to improve, and is excited to share his passion for tennis with younger players.

I'm David Wilde, a rising sophomore at Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology (TJ). My tennis journey began when I was 6 years old, with Unbeatable Tennis and Burke Racquet Club mini-camps. After a few years, I started taking private lessons with coach Kirt Chase, who has taught me a variety of techniques and game strategies. I enjoy playing singles and doubles with my parents and friends for fun, but also competing in USTA Junior Team Tennis and NVTL leagues. I play and coach at OKM and other tennis clubs through Unbeatable Tennis, and give private lessons. In other activities, I love chess and many board games, hiking, nature and the sciences. In all my pursuits, I hope to keep learning, growing, teaching and inspiring other people.

Barb and her family have been members of the pool since they moved here in 2015. Both of her boys have participated in the tennis program since 2016. Barb joined the Women's team in 2020.
