Welcome to the 2026 OKM Swim & Dive Teams Registration for FULL/BONDED MEMBERS (There's a separate form for Associate members).

Note:  There's a separate registration for OKM Junior Tennis, and there's a new practice schedule for Junior Tennis you can find HERE.  If you have an athlete doing multiple sports, you'll want to check out practice times before you sign up.  

** For athletes doing Mini Ospreys and Tennis:  The age 5-10 morning tennis classes are either 8:45-9:30AM or 11:15AM-12:00PM. Please consider that when stating a preference for Mini Ospreys for the 9am or 9:30am session.  The 8:45AM tennis class would conflict with the earlier 9:00AM Minis session.

**Reminder: Not all 9-12 yr olds swim the Silver morning practice at 9AM. Some more advanced 11-12s swim Gold at 8AM. And the most novice 9-10s swim Bronze at 10AM.

Your family must be a current Full/Bonded 2026 OKM member before proceeding with this form. 

• If your family has been on the team before, your family info should carry over (you'll need to log-in to Swimtopia first).
• If this is your first summer on the OKM Junior Teams, you'll now have a Swimtopia account.  For swim team, you'll be able to see swim times, sign up for jobs, declare meet availability, etc.
• Mini Ospreys have no volunteer obligation (but you'll still have to acknowledge that requirement because it's part of the swim/dive registration). 
• ** After you register for swim or dive and later want to add the other aquatic sport, we need to do it for you.  Please contact the team rep for the sport you're adding.  
• For the emergency medical contact -- the team will always try to reach primary parents/guardians first -- so please try to list a different option like a friend or grandparent in case the parent is not available. 

**Please check for the confirmation email to ensure you finished the registration.
